It's less funny in hindsight knowing that "side of that think many of really knew" can allude to something much more sinister and traumatic, but it doesn't take away much of the cathartic factor or hilarity of the scene. then does a complete Mood Whiplash by shouting "AY, THAT MOTHERFUCKER'S DEAD!" while cannibalizing on Schlatt's heart.
During Quackity's speech, he mentions, initially solemnly and "jokes aside", how being Schlatt's VP meant he was taught "a lot of important things in the world" and he saw a side of Schlatt that no one really knew.because there could only be one New Yorker on the server. Puffy then affirms Tubbo's initial statement that no one, not even her, like Schlatt. In the middle of Tubbo's speech, he notes that no one in attendance really actually liked him, then added that Puffy, who only joined the SMP after Schlatt died, was excluded from the statement.Everyone robbing Schlatt's coffin of his body parts.
Bad accidentally saying " togay " instead of "today".The fact that Quackity showed up cosplaying as his dead abusive ex (RP-wise, of course).Schlatt's funeral was taken seriously by absolutely no one other than BBH.When his chat informs him it was Tommy, Quackity asks them to blame Techno instead because "if it were Tommy, what I'm about to do is not allowed". Several silent moments later, he lets out several Big "NO!"s and starts cursing out Techno (even though cc!Techno would never grief the sign due to being a relatively PG content creator when compared with most of the server). initially he was happy to see the sign because it was just before Schlatt's funeral, but then he saw the changed sign, and the background music stops. slightly overdramatic reaction to the "I <3 Penis" sign being griefed to say "Big T <3's Penis".
